Cheshire Police drive to recruit special constables

Cheshire Police is holding a seminar at the University of Chester on the 23 January in order to relaunch it's drive to recruit more volunteer special constables.
The roles require a commmitment of 17 hours per more, are unpaid with some expenses covered, but special constables are trained and therefore have the same powers as a police officer.
